It appears I can only process 21 lines at a time when selecting Move with Transport Task while in Inventory Part in Stock Reservations.
Is this a setting somewhere that I can update this?
My client has run into some issues when using Move Shipment Reservation with Transport Task, as we’d like to trigger the tasks from Inventory Part in Stock Reservations instead.

What error message do you get?
I might be a a bug that you should enter to IFS. There has been other similar cases in IFS Cloud. Probably a variable type with a size limitation has been used, this could be changed and extended to another variable type.
