Our users have rights to view Purchase Orders. But unfortunately, that allows them to print a purchase order. Can I modify the permissions so that only Buyers or those with full access to Purchase Orders can print POs?

Hi @HONSLOCKLEAR,

Yes, you can achieve this by configuring the Permission sets accordingly.

Remove Print Order report access from all existing Permission Sets and create additional Functional Role type permissions set having full access to print Purchase Order.

Assign new Permission set to Buyers or other business roles as required.

Can you give me a screenshot of what you are saying? I do not see this option at all.

Hi @HONSLOCKLEAR,

Sorry, I don’t have Apps10 application, and IFS Cloud’s screenshot will not help you.

Approach is simple, let’s say existing permission set PS1 and PS2 have Print Order access granted.

First revoke Print Order access from PS1 and PS2, and configure a new permission set, let’s say PS3, with full access for Print Order.

Grant PS3 to Buyers and other desired business roles.
