Material return authorization, Error message : "The validity end date is earlier than the validity start date"

In a material return authorization, when the goods returned by the customer are received, we get this error message: “The validity end date is earlier than the validity start date”.

So we don't know what validity it is or are there any missing parameters.

    Hi @Andy Haminarivo,

     

    In Apps10 standard application there's a control that raises a similar message when Customer Warranty From/To dates are invalid.
