Hi Experts, We are running on IFS App 9. We are having a non-prod database which is daily cloned by prod database. When previewing any report in this non-prod database it throws below error. We confirm all IFS Internal user accounts are active and the passwords are correct. Have you came across similar issues?

 

Login failed.

Possible causes:

invalid username and/or password

The user is not authorized to log in

The service is currently unavailable

 

Please contact your system administrator if the issue persists.

 

Hi,  This was due to a External Report Formatter which was fetched from prod database by the daily clone. Non-prod environment doesn't have a ERF and after removing that configurations in report formatters and system parameters, the previewing reports started to work.
