I would like to know how to get a list of products have been sold in 1 year in order to establish a safety stock in IFSapp 8.

Two ways I can think of doing this very quick:
Search on Customer Order Lines for the lines that have a First Shipped Date of this year with the Sales Part Number and Qty
OR
Search on Inventory Transactions History for Transaction Code OESHIP (there might be additional ones needed based on your method of shipping) that was completed this year.
