Business Event linked with the Inventory Transaction can help you to understand why they were created, what they relate to.
Referring to your screenshot, the system creates the OESHIP transaction with Inventory Part Shipment. Please refer to the screenshot below, Business Event has all the setup, behaviour, Posting Info etc., for all type of transactions.
Inventory Transaction itself carries the information regarding who created and when created.
