Hi @kruthika ,

In IFS Cloud, the logout/session timeout cannot be controlled from personal user settings.

 Standard Behavior

  • Session timeout is controlled at:
    • System / environment level
  • Not at:
    • Individual user level

 So:

❌ You cannot change logout time from Personal Settings

 Where timeout is controlled

 1. Application / Server Configuration

Session timeout is typically managed by:

  • Application server (WebLogic / Kubernetes setup)
  • Identity provider (SSO / Azure AD / etc.)
  • Reverse proxy (if applicable)

 2. Identity Provider (SSO)

If your system uses:

  • Azure AD
  • Okta
  • Other SSO

 Timeout depends on:

  • Token/session policies

 3. IFS Cloud Configuration

Some timeout behavior may be influenced by:

  • Security settings
  • Session handling policies

 But still:

  • Not user-specific

 What you can do

 Option 1: Contact System Administrator

Request:

  • Increase session timeout globally

 Option 2: Adjust SSO Policies

If applicable:

  • Modify:
    • Token lifetime
    • Session timeout

 Important Note

  • Timeout is usually restricted for:
    • Security reasons
  • Not recommended to:
    • Increase too much
