This is for IFS APPS 9.  We have just had to move our Demand Plan server from one physical server to another.   The Windows service is running fine.   I log in and I see in the Demand Plan Server  routine under TAB Server Dashboard, the new server running… green light, and the correct Host: NXIFSDB9.NXSTAGE.COM.     Every other user still sees the old server.   I have asked them to log out, reboot their laptops and come back in, and they all still see the old server host.    What do I need to do to get all of the other users to see the new Demand Plan server?    Thanks!

The users need to open the Demand Client and change the name of the Forecast Server to the new instance ‘NXIFSDB9.NXSTAGE.COM’ (the Forecast Server is the machine name where the Demand Plan Server is running).

There must be a VM for the demand plan server.

You need to create a new service for your environment.
