Is there a process that can be run/scheduled to remove “orphan” Shipment records when Shipment Lines are reassigned to another shipment and the Shipment header no longer has any shipment lines.
Sort of a “cleanup” process.

If there an IFS Process to delete "orphan" Shipment Header Records when shipment lines have been reassigned to another shipment?

You can manually do cancel of shipments without lines. Currently there is no functionality in core to cancel / clean-up shipments in a more automated way. Not sure if this is possible to create on your own via some configuration like an event or something?
