Hi,

I have created a Purchase Requestion and converted it into PO. Then after Releasing the PO, created a Purchase Order Change Order.

As now I don’t need the PO, firstly I cancel the Change Order line → Release → Update PO. Then my PO was also cancelled automatically.

But the PR is still shows in Closed (Header) and PO Created (Lines) status. Is there any possible way to reopen the PR since the PO is cancelled? (No option available for reopen)

Please note that, the process has tested in the Aurena environment.

Thanks.

Hi,

When you cancel the POCO line, you should be getting a message like this, where you can say - YES- reopen the PR.

if you have selected -NO- (deliberately, as the default option is YES) and decide to release POCO and update the PO, then the PO line and the PO will be cancelled, while not touching the PR.

Then you will have your situation, of a closed PO and a PO created PR line.

User gets the chance to reopen the PR when cancelling the POCO line, and not thereafter. If this is a real customer situation, they would have to start over.

Thanks

Hi @AsankaGaru

Thank you for the reply.

It seems like this is a bug in the standard Aurena system.

Though the status is changed to YES, the PR is not changed the status from Closed.
