Hi Team,

Is there a way to limit sales quantity to specific customer using standard IFS functionality rather custom option.

I think IFS Cloud does not natively support quantity limits per order line for individual customers. However using Sales Agreements, you can set quantity limits for specific customers and items at the agreement level. These agreements allow you to enforce maximum order quantities over a defined period, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, ensuring that customer orders stay within the agreed limits.When a Sales Order is entered, system will check the agreement, If the order quantity exceeds the agreement limit, it can block the order or give a warning, depending on setup.

Hi ​@Ashni Nayanthara ,

If the reason behind limiting sales quantity to a specific customer is to ensure they do not exceed credit limit, you can use Credit Control functionality for Customer Orders.

It will perform checks to find out whether the value of all outstanding orders and outstanding invoices (if IFS Financials is used) does not exceeds the customer's credit limit. You can setup credit control to credit block the customer order if such situation exists.
