Hi,

please am new in IFS, can someone help to explain how to issue picklist in IFS 10 from a customer order as we are currently issuing manual Picklist in excel sheet. I would love to explore how I can issue picklist directly from customer order in IFS.

You can follow the below steps

  1. Create the shipment & connect the customer order lines to shipment, if shipment is not automatically created for the order
  1. Next reserve shipment. You can also reserve each line separately. This reserves the materials in the designated location and of respective lot/batch
  1. Create a pick list.
  1. Print the pick list. You can send the copy of the pick list to the respective warehouse to issue the material.
  1. Report the picklist through report picking of pick list lines. This process is to issue materials against the picklist.
