How to add System Info in IFS Application V10

Usually, the System Info is available to be added in the customize context pane.

I have granted the System Info permission to my Read-Only role. However, when I go to Customize, I do not see the System Info option available. Could you please help me understand why it is not appearing?

I looked into this further, but I couldn't identify any other likely cause for your issue.

Please check whether the issue also appears for a super user. If the error does not occur there, that would at least narrow it down to that specific user.
