Hi - can someone please tell me the steps of what to raise a No Part Material Req Line from a Work Task?
I’m struggling to create a No-Part Line with Supply Code Purchase Order on the Material tab on a Work Task in IFS 25R2.

How do I raise No Part Material Requisition Line from a Work Task?

To clarify, are you trying to create a Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order for parts that is not an IFS inventory part number? If so, from Prepare Work Order:
- Navigate to Maintenance > Work Management > Preparation and Planning > Prepare Work Order > New Maintenance Purchase Requisition.
- Select OK.
- Add your ‘No Part’ data to the bottom selection for ‘No Part Requisition Lines’.
- Release the requisition and complete the remaining steps to convert/transfer to create a Purchase Order.
Because these are No Part items, they will not appear on the Material tab (or in Maintenance Material Requisition) of the Work Order. Once the Purchase Order is received, the associated cost will be reflected on the Cost tab of the Work Order.
