Here is my situation. I have a customer on Apps10 that has multiple remote locations (field reps) that hold fixed amounts of inventory, that need to be replenished frequently. The replenishment inventory comes from an FGI warehouse onsite. The customer services people use a spreadsheet to determine if a replenishment is required and then create transport tasks manually.
I know that the easiest and simplest way to create is to use Kanban, however this customer does not own Kanban so we are trying to use Remote warehouses with replenishment via Putaway zones. The crazy thing is as I’ve tried things here and there I have gotten things to work on some parts but not others, and I can’t seem to find how I got it to work.
I’ve included all my setup in the attached document. Any help would be appreciated.
