Does anyone know how to set up Export control to show a licence is not required of the Customer Address and End user countries are the same as the Supply  Order country? I am trying to use the exclude flag in an export licence but when use Find and Connect it shows status as ‘Unconnected’ and ‘No match’ . Ideally we would like to show ‘Approved and ‘Not Required’ .

Also if the excluded flag on the licence for both Customer and End user are set to exclude, it only appears to consider the customer one first. Does anyone know the logic of how IFS works if combining ‘exclude’ on more than one restriction tab?
