Hello,

 

can somebody explain me how the access rights in Export Control are working?

In Export license Access Rights tab I set that user IC-ROFASK has no access to read/edit licence or view/edit/administrate document.

Also on document revision I enabled Export Control and Access Rights via Export License

 

When I log in as user IC-ROFASK I can see/edit this export license and also document revision.

Also I am able to find and connect this license to order.

I thought that with these settings this user will have no access to this export license/document revision.

Am I missing something?

I found out myself reason why access rights on export license didnt work. The reason was that user had system privilege EXPCTR_ADMINISTRATOR. When I removed this system privilege from permission sets access rights work ok on export license. On document revision I still have the same issue

    ​@Romana have you connected the export license (as an attachment) to the Document Revision?

    what do you mean? How it is possible to connect export license as and attachment to document revision?

    I attached document revision to export license like this. If there is some other way please show me.

    ​@Romana that is what i was referring to. Does the user IC-ROFASK still have access to the document? Make sure the user does not have system privilege of DOCMAN ADMINISTRATOR.

    ​@matt.watters he is not docman administrator. He can see document revision but he cant view document or edit it. Even I changed access rights on export license.
