I had the following problem when I tried to open a shop order today.
But I dont have any problems like below;
1-Same PC + Different account = No problem
2-Different PC + My account = No problem
Can anyone help please?

It looks like a file in the cache has been corrupted. You can try to clear the folder containing the files on your computer: C:\Users\<YOUR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 or you can run a command in the command prompt (Windows button - > cmd).
Type
rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
And hit return/enter. This will clear all data in the Apps\2.0 folder.

Thanks for your answer. I changed the name 2.0 to 2.0x. And then when I login IFS created a new folder named 2.0.
But when I try to open a shop order again It stucked over 10 minutes like below;
Can you assist me any further?

That’s strange. Have you tried restarting the client?

Yes I restarted client and services 2 times.
At first it didn’t work, but after 1 hour it works fine now, which is very strange .
Everything is fine rigth now, thanks for your help and time!
