Error message while creating a new UoM in UoM basic data

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue while creating a new UoM basic data while trying to save the record. So could anyone suggest on the same.

Error Message thrown while creating a new UoM: “Unit Code(km) exists but is not activated.”

    Hi @ProShiraA ,

     

    Looks like the code is already existing but not activated in ISO Code usage. Please check whether the UoM is there in the following window and ‘Used in Application’ is selected.

     

     

    Once it is activated, it will start appearing in Units of Measure window.
