Error message when we try to “ The quantity reserved for part XXX on site XXX at location XXX should not be negative.”

Hello,

My customer has this error message when he tries to issue a reserved material line : “ The quantity reserved for part XXX on site XXX at location XXX should not be negative.” Thanks for your help.

This happens a lot at my customer when delivering customer orders and when the reserved quantity should be reset to zero. Due to the usage of inverted conversion factor between Sales UoM and Inventory UoM the calculations fails to get back to the same number when dealing with large number of decimals. Maybe this is a behavior that could be in the same area (conversion factors) as the issue of a material of the Shoporder and when the reserved quantity should be reset to zero?
