Error message since IFS 25R1 SU9

Hi,

Siince upgrading to 25R1 SU9, we have new error messages appearing especially on purchasing and customer transactions : 

Very long message on the right hand side and we cannot get the whole text.

Has anybody else experienced this problem ?

Hi ​@OREamackenzie 

I believe this issue may be caused by custom fields configured on this page. Have you tried unpublishing all relevant custom fields and reconfiguring them?

 

I would recommend contacting your partner or the IFS team to further investigate this issue.

Thank you, no we have not tried that. Have you seen this problem in the past ?

 

I have created case CS0510460 on that subject.
