We are facing an error message while trying to delete a line level in transport order.
So could you please let us know the exact reason for this?

This looks like you might already have a stock of the part no ( either with same lot/batch no if it is lot/batch tracked) in the location with different expiry date which is later than the expiry date of the stock which you are transferring.
So, you can change the expiry date in the inventory part in stock, delete the line in transport order and put back the original expiry date
