Hi, without a test plan I can only guess but spontaneously it feels like a rounding issue. Could you please report it with a recreatable test plan so that we can investigate?

Hi Helene! I’ve been trying to recreate and of course it hasn’t occurred again (customer order sales qty is in lbs while the pegged shop order is in kg). I’m with you on thinking about rounding but I don’t know how to pinpoint.  I’m open to suggestions..

Yeah, the recreation part can be a challenge with this type of issues. But I think you’re on the right track, conversion and rounding could be the root cause. Try to generate a qty that has a lot of decimals, more than the three that is shown in the error message.
