Hello, we get this error on certain shipments and unsure how to decipher it. the quantites are then picked but the handling unit is dropped ( it remains in shipment inventory but no longer on that specific shipment). Any insightwill be appreciated.

+3Hi, without a test plan I can only guess but spontaneously it feels like a rounding issue. Could you please report it with a recreatable test plan so that we can investigate?

+1Hi Helene! I’ve been trying to recreate and of course it hasn’t occurred again (customer order sales qty is in lbs while the pegged shop order is in kg). I’m with you on thinking about rounding but I don’t know how to pinpoint. I’m open to suggestions..
+3Yeah, the recreation part can be a challenge with this type of issues. But I think you’re on the right track, conversion and rounding could be the root cause. Try to generate a qty that has a lot of decimals, more than the three that is shown in the error message.
