Hi Kruthika,

“Enforce Use of POCO” is a site-level control that decides whether all changes to a Purchase Order must go through a formal Purchase Order Change Order (POCO) process. When it is enabled, every modification—such as updating delivery address, quantities, or other line-level details—automatically creates a POCO to track and apply the change across internal and external Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and consistent propagation of updates. When it is disabled, users can update PO details directly without generating a POCO revision, resulting in a quicker but less controlled process.

Thanks!
