I am working in Aurena and have set up document text for Shipment Packing Lists with the setup as shown below. The phrase has printed out on one Shipment Packing List but not on others. All shipments are for the same Customer on the same site. Can anyone help please?

I’m not an expert but are there different types of Packing List - ie normal Packing List, Consolidated Packing list - like there are different types of invoice document?
Good shout but not for Packing List, there is for Pick lists 🙂
