Hi Team,

For outbound Dispatch advice , If the below highlighted functionality is used in Customer window, will Dispatch advice be sent automatically when Shipment is delivered without using the RMB option Send Dispatch Advice in Shipment window???

Hi @Rakesh ,

If the check box is selected, a dispatch advice message is sent automatically to the customer either when a shipment is delivered or when a delivery note is created in the normal order flow.

Just a query if we use that option, then the manual step  RMB>Send Dispatch Advice done in Shipment window is not required right?

Hi @Rakesh ,

Yes, you don't have to perform that action in the shipment, the dispatch advice will be sent and dispatch advice sent check box will be checked automatically upon delivering the shipment.
