Demand Plan Client, Events values

Hi, 

I hope someone can help with this. We ahve started noticing a few negative values in the events column of Demand Plan Client and this is not a field we have ever used before. 

 

Do you know where the system is getting these figures from as we want them to be zero?

Hi Stacy,

 

It looks like at least one of the forecast parts in the Master Flow has values in the Events field.

 

The system will not automatically add anything into the Events field and they always start off as zero, so something strange is going on.

 

You have a couple of options here:

 

  1. Perform some house-keeping and reset the Events to zero
  2. Leave the values as-is because the impact should be very small considering how large the Adjusted Forecast values are
