Default Coordinator and buyer while converting PR to PO

You can set Default Buyer on the Sites per User view .. Does that help half of your query?

I don’t think you’d want to set the Default Buyer to be the UserID.  UserID is UserID.  Am I misunderstanding?

Both default coordinator and default buyer are setup in the page referred: Sites per User, as you can see in the screenshot.
