Deal per Sales group Customer agreement

Hi,

 

I tried to enter discount on  Customer Agreement based on Sales group (in IFS Cloud) but this information is not fetched to SQ and CO. There are no other agreements or Price lists connected to the Customer.

Correct Sales group, quantity, discount type, value and validity are chosen but doesnt get reflected. Any idea what the issue can be please? Thank you

Is the site your SQ/CO are raised on added to the Customer Agreement?

Good morning, the site is indeed correctly added there and is in compliance with the site connected to my SQ and CO. Kind regards

No conflicts with validity date on parts/groups?  Customer valid?

 

Is the agreement restricted to a particular Co-ordinator?  Assortment?

Hi,

thanks for reaching out. Checked all your comments above and all are preset correctly, also consulted our ERP specialist and he cannot see a rational reason why this should not work. I will try to test in our old IFS environment if the behaviour is there different to Cloud and potentially issue being there. best regards
