We have an issue on some of customer orders.
we need to update sale quantity after customer order status be delivered or partial delivered.
but we cannot there is error : illegal operation
how we can do these updates?

I am not sure about the illegal operation message but, as per the IFS standard functionality, you cannot change the customer order line sales quantity if the line is in delivered status and you can use the below option to handle this
- Cancel the customer order delivery through option undo customer order `delivery and then change the quantity
- If the customer order line is fully invoices and posted, then you can create a new customer order line with the addition quantity
- If the customer order line is fully invoices and posted, then you can create RMA to return the excess delivered quantity and issue the credit to customer.
For partial delivered line ,you can always change the quantity if it is not less than sum of reserved/picked and delivered quantity.
