Customer Order Status Delivered Does Not changed when Invoiced

Hi

Has anyone come across customer orders that have been Delivered and Invoiced. The order line status is Invoiced/Closed. However, the status on the customer order does not change from Delivered to Invoiced/Closed.

Hi, 

I’m not seeing the status of all order lines. based on order amount and what I see on the screens, it appears that multiple lines.   

Check the status of all order lines.  The status can be -: Planned, Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered, Delivered, Cancelled, Invoiced/Closed, or Blocked. We have no status for partially invoiced. 

In other words, all lines need to be invoiced (as well as the charges) if the order status was to flow to invoiced closed.
