customer order Invoice printing

After creating the invoice , the customer invoice is in the preliminary state. When i’m trying to print the customer invoice i get the error message of “You are not registered in any user group” 

Why im getting this error?

More than likely, because the IFS account being used is not attached to a user group. I would check here below. User groups are company specific.

Please check the following: Go to “Users per User Group” window and add your user to a “user group”.
