Do you have unconnected charge lines in the invoice? Also does this customer order is enabled for “Confirm Deliveries” in Delivery information tab?
Normally if the order is not yet confirmed, nothing should be invoiced from the invoice but invoicing the Charge lines is not correct i.e. customer should not be invoiced before they've confirmed that they've received the goods.
Please confirm whether you have noted the above scenario in your order so we can suggest the fix. (There was a Code fix for above specific problem for app9 track via Solution id 255849)

Yes..this for this order delievry confirmation is required,
So in quick order flow handling we have confirmed the delivery and then customer order sales part line came in the invoice,
But I have observed that now charge line not came which is coming before in separate line.
