Customer Credit Limit

Hi, 

I would like to know if there exists History logging for Customer Credit info in IFS 9. We have some customers where credit has been breached and the only way to breach a credit limit is if the credit limit amount or dates are modified.

Hi @FPayab ,

You can check whether the history logging has been enabled for the Credit Limit field from the History Log Configuration. If it has been enabled, you can check the history log through CTRL+F9  while you are in the Credit Limit field.

If it has not been enabled, you can enable it to track the future changes to the field.

I checked and it is not enabled. I am not able to find the Customer CreditInfo under Enterprise in Setup History Log screen. What folder is it under. Thanks

It is under Payment Ledger.
