Dear Concerns;
A custom filed can not be shown on a specified user,
the field can be found on colum chooser but not shown on his screen.
Even if doning on another pc, it’s the same.
When donng with another user id, there is no any problem.
IFS version is APP10

Could you please check whether following checkbox is enabled for the relevant Header/Line level.
