Crystal Report

You need to update the rpt file in the report location in crystal web service. 

If you have access to a crystal report location or to the machine that has crystal web service installed then you can find that location and place the file there. 

Then when you run the quick report it will look for the layout name ( you mentioned in the quick report record) in the crystal web service → report location. 

Let me know if you do not know how to find the location in the crystal web service installed machine.
