I process a counting per report and there was no need to approve or reject any difference. The button “Approval Needed “ remains No.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure whether approval is required or not is based on the sites parameters.

 

 

 

If it says 0, it means no approval is ever needed for the count in or out :)

​@harinaivo you need to put an Amount Difference or % Difference at Site/Warehouse Mgmt page. Then once your count results will be greater than the limits set on Site, it will require approval.

Please note that you would need to control who can execute the Approval action via permission sets.
