Control K function

My Control K function is working every where BUT under the Purchase Order no park order lines / Purchase Group. I can use CTL K anywhere else and it gives me the usual options , but under no part order line/purchase group it no longer works .. anyone else experience this (Not I can go into the DEV environment and it works fine - this is just in PROD in that one section it will not allow me to use Ctrl K)
