Hi ​@kumarmvnk, You can user Purchase Requisition Authorizations. It will only be triggered when a user releases a PR not when created. You can set a purchase requisition authorization rule for a specific requisitioner and for a specific amount limit as well.

Yes but the idea to get a team who is planning for upcoming High ticket requisitions so status planned and released where the individual or group is just being informed … not involved in the business of approvals.

I was also thinking of giving a custom search query on all the list of requisitions in other than approved or closed status to show it a lobby ..something in those lines rather than email or a process :)
