Hi @dfsjmarchant, I believe users cannot add more lines when a purchase requisition header status is in ‘Partially Authorized’ or ‘Authorized’ status even if some lines are in ‘Released’ status. You may need to add all lines before you start authorizing and converting some PR lines to orders.
Hope this helps.

Hi @dfsjmarchant , Further to my above comment, as a workaround for your situation, you can follow below steps.
- Cancel the Purchase Orders which were created by converting the PR lines. Make sure to enter ‘Yes’ to “Reopen Purchase Requisition Line(s) and Connected Approval Quotation Line(s)?” when cancelling the POs.
Then these lines would go to ‘Authorized’ status in PR. However still the PR header will be in partially authorized status, and you will not be able to add more lines.
- Then revoke authorization of those authorized lines. You can do so in ‘Authorization’ tab of the PR.
After doing above two steps for all PR lines in ‘Authorized’ or ‘PO created’ status, it would make the PR header go to ‘Released’ status, and you may able to add more lines then.
Hope this helps.
