I believe you're asking about a custom menu option.  It’s common IFS functionality and can be established in the following screen. 

You need to identify the starting screen / view where you want to go to (screen / view) and how you want that to work.  From the question it I would believe you want to use the transfer process where we transfer the part number and site from the inventory part screen to the routing / product structure. 

This is just an example. The starting screen is inventory part in stock, where we transfer part number and site to the move screen.
