How can I find a list of all the suppliers that have active payment terms? Thank you in advance.

If your requirement is to find all the suppliers that has a payment term defined, then you can use the window, Supplier Basic Data Analysis.
When searching, ensure to add the percentage mark (%) under Payment Terms in search dialog box, as shown in below screenshot. Then results will contain list of suppliers with payment terms for the selected company.
If you need, you can export the list as well.
