I have an inter-site flow where a Customer Order at Site A is fulfilled through an Internal Customer Order at Site B.
The process is as follows:
- The original Customer Order is created at Site A.
- The corresponding Internal Customer Order is processed at Site B.
- Users at Site B create/process the shipment and print the Shipment Delivery Note.
- I have a user at Site A who is responsible for the original Customer Order. This user only has access to Site A and therefore cannot access the shipment/delivery note generated at Site B.
I would like to know:
- Is there any standard functionality that allows a user at Site A to access or view the Delivery Note (PDF) generated for the shipment at Site B, without giving the user access to Site B?
- Alternatively, is it possible to automatically attach the Delivery Note PDF to the original Customer Order at Site A when the Shipment Delivery Note is printed/generated at Site B?
Has anyone implemented a similar inter-site scenario in IFS Cloud? If so, what would be the recommended approach?
