Upon saving a Customer Order Header, I’ve noticed that the ‘Add New’ or ‘+’ no longer automatically appears on the Lines tab.

Users must select the page refresh which then loads the icon.

Is this a designed functionality change from 24R1 to 24R2 or a bug?  If the former, what is the reasoning behind the change?

I can see this same behavior from Core to SU5.

 

​@astfarazt in 24.1.3 I cannot find the issue. Seems specific to you. If a version issue, must be a bug.

Tested this on IFS reference environment which are on IFS Cloud 24R2 SU5 but could not observe this issue.

Thanks for the feedback ​@Vimukthi Mahakumbura.  I’ve only noticed the issue in 24R2.  In 23R1, this issue wasn’t present.

Thanks for the feedback ​@Uvina Jayamaha.  I find this issue in multiple unrelated environments (Useplace, Buildplace, and, our own partner environment).  I just re-tested this in a 24R2 SU5 environment.  

Do you suggest submitting a case?
