Hi All,
We can see associated Workflow Configuration of an assignment from MWO.
However, this information is not visible in IFS cloud. I think that the ideal place to appear this is the Assignment tab of a Request Task.
Further, “Surveys and Answers” are only visible once technician answer to specific surveys.
Did anyone try to make this information visible in IFS cloud at certain place? Any work around other than configuration/customization?
Customer Need: Dispatcher/Planner needs to see what are the triggered configurations and survey from the Backoffice.
