I'm hoping to get some insights from the community here. We're encountering random delays between the time a work order is assigned and when it's actually received on the service engineer's mobile app. These delays are inconsistent and can vary quite a bit.
We've already tried several recommended troubleshooting steps, including:
- Increasing server resources
- Reconfiguring settings with higher max pool sizes
Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue so far.
We know that downloads only happen when the device is connected to data and powered on, and I can confirm that all these conditions are met—yet the delays persist.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Apps 10 UPD17? If so, what solutions or workarounds did you find that helped? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
