Where is it possible to answer the eform? Would the output be in Survey Answers?

eForms need to be answered in the Tech Portals or Mobile Work Order. They can sit dormant to be pulled up and answered or configured in the Workflow Configurator to trigger on a status change and requirement such as site, work type, and so forth. And yes, the answers appear in the survey answers table.
I suggest you request training on it.
