Hi All,

 

we setup horizontal cluster and load balancer  in ifs application last week.after that we reconfigured touch app server again and put load balancer URL as application url in touchapp installer.Now below error can see in touch app trace log, Most of users get this error in  aurena scan it app also.anyone know what can be a reason for this ?

@sara19 sounds a bit like setting up the connection to the MWS is failing. To check, are you able to login to the TAS portal?

and to make sure we cover the basics, can you confirm that you completed all the steps for HA setups, for example this? https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/010_touch_apps_server/40_installation_tas_web_farm/default.htm

yes i can log in to touch app portal.but when i try to access aurena scan it app i get this error directly now

@sara19 do you login to the TAS portal using Local Admin mode? and can you doublecheck the steps you took against the Installation Guide, especially https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/010_touch_apps_server/40_installation_tas_web_farm/default.htm please?

No i used other option and We did installation according to this guide.but it not works when aurena scan it app .

@sara19 I still think how you login to the TAS portal is important. Can you share some screenshots showing how the TAS portal login goes please?

and on Scan It, are you able to login at all?

There are two more things you can try.

  1. Check your web.config and increase the logging level to the highest verbosity. I don’t have an example file at hand to tell you exactly, so please check the web.config, and you might have to search a bit online too
  2. Check if the Windows Event Log has logged any further detail
