I found this discussion regarding how to view signatures on a work order. I do not see the Work Tasks tab in IFS 9. Is there another place where the signature from the mobile work order app can be seen on the work order in IFS?

 

 

Work Tasks were introduced in Apps 10 so you will not see them in Apps 9.

In Apps 9 the Signatures captured in MWO can be viewed via the RMB “Work Order Signature” as shown below

Thank you for the direction. When I do the RMB in the work order header, the “Work Order Signature” menu item is always disabled/greyed out. Do you know why that might be?

From memory this is disabled if no signature exists, or you don’t have access. If you are certain a signature exists, and you have granted access for your user then it may be best to raise a support ticket for more assistance
