Hi IFS Hive Minds!
We use IFS Apps 10, I’ve come across an issue where some users ID and timestamp isn't populating in the Actions Taken field in Work Task.

What would be preventing this?

I’ve checked user settings/permissions front end and can’t find any differences between those that work and those that are blank.

Any pointers as to where to look or update settings would be helpful, many thanks
